Mom's Cranberry Dressing


A delightfully fresh and tart cranberry relish courtesy of Tim's mom! <3


  • 1 c Water
  • 1/8 c (or less!) Sugar
  • 12-16 oz Whole Cranberries


  1. Bring the water & sugar to a boil.
  2. Add the cranberries and return to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to between medium and medium-high.
  4. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberries have popped open. The longer they cook, the thicker the sauce.
  5. Cool, pour into bowl, and refrigerate until serving.
