Native Foods Seitan Broth


For making Native Foods Seitan.


  • 1c Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, cut in half (yes, cloves, not toes)
  • 10+ Whole Black Peppercorns (or more)
  • 2 Whole Bay Leaves (or more)


  1. Fill a big stock pot 2/3 full of water.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Bring it to a boil while you work on the Seitan recipe.
